Section 1: Requesting a Return Authorization
To initiate a return for any online order, please send an email to cs@dsanddurga.com. In the subject line of your email, include "Return Request" along with your order number to receive your UPS return label.
Section 2: Return Guidelines
Customers have up to 14 business days from the date of receiving their order to request a return.
For candles, the items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
For perfumes, the products can be out of the cellophane but must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Customizable Sample Sets, Auto Fragrances, Limited Edition products, and Studio Juices are Final Sale, and can not be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure your return is sent back within 7 days from the date of receiving your UPS return label.
Total Return Period:
All together, you have 21 days from the day you receive your order to complete the return process. This time frame provides you with ample time to evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
Section 3: Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $12 will be applied to all returns.
This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Section 4: Defective or Damaged Items
If you discover that one of your products is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service at cs@dsanddurga.com.
When requesting a replacement or refund, it's essential to include images of the damaged or defective items in your email. Photographs of the affected products are required for processing your request.
Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour window starting from the time you placed your order to do so. To initiate a cancellation request, please send an email to cs@dsanddurga.com with "Cancel Request" clearly stated in the subject line. Please note that any cancellation requests made after the 24-hour period may not be possible to process, as orders are typically processed and shipped promptly.
