D.S. & Durga ships to the continental United States and Canada.
For deliveries to Canada and areas outside of the continental United States, shipping will be calculated during checkout.
We ship orders within 2 days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier, UPS (usually one day within NYC). We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it. Please email cs@dsanddurga.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.
We accept returns by mail or in store for items purchased from D.S. & Durga within 14 days from the day the order was received. Items must be returned with original packaging and in unused and unopened condition and a tracking number/proof of delivery must be provided. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Limited scents such as Studio Juice, Sample Sets, Auto Fragrances and electronic gift cards cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply.
Yes, we can only perform exchanges up to 14 days from the date of purchase or delivered. Please note that you are responsible for sending back your exchange. You can exchange your online order in-store. Please have your order number and make sure that the order is still in original packaging.
You can not exchange or return items that were not purchased directly from us. If you are having any issues with your product please contact the retailer from which you made the purchase. We can only accept returns from orders placed through D.S & Durga. We regret that we cannot assist you with any issues that you may encounter with purchases made from unauthorized retailers or sources.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
