Big Sur Eucalyptus

"Big Sur Eucalyptus captures a rain-soaked grove off of Highway 1 in California. A lot of green spicy eucalyptus. I think eucalyptus in the real world is one of the greatest smells on the planet. It is quite complex because it is green, medicinal, pungent, floral, and woody. All of these elements are captured in this perfume. You have the smell of the fog and the wet woods in the grove off Highway 1, which takes you right to California."

Big Sur After Rain is one of our most successful products. People have asked for us to make it as a perfume, but I really don’t dig candle oils on the skin. So I took the dominant accord, and many of the same materials and fashioned them into a foggy meditation on coastal California eucalyptus groves that sits wonderfully on the ol’ epidermis.

Eucalyptus is one of my top five favorite smells in the world. The oil alone cannot encapsulate its real essence – balmy, green, woody, and deeply spicy. I hope this perfume captures this for all the seekers and tweakers out there.
