Returns and Refunds

Checkout+  Free Returns & Package Protection: 

Shop with confidence, knowing your purchases are protected every step of the way. By selecting Checkout+ and adding Free Returns and Package Protection to your order you get access to:

• FREE RETURNS: Return your items for FREE (skip the $12 restocking fee). Return shipping label is on us, and you can choose a full refund or store credit
• PACKAGE PROTECTION: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we've got you covered

When you opt-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return items in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to opt-in to Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the $12 restocking fee.

ALL returns (with and without Checkout+) are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy, below.

How do I opt-in to Checkout+?

Simply add your items to cart and a quote will automatically be calculated for you in your cart and at checkout, where you can choose to opt-in (or opt-out) of Checkout+.

 Returns & Exchanges: 

RETURN POLICY:

• Unopened and unused merchandise (with cellophane wrap intact, without signs of tampering) is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery
• If you opt-in to Checkout+, returns are free
• If you do not opt-in to Checkout+, a $12 restocking fee applies and is deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse
• In-store purchases cannot be returned online
• Purchases from other retailers cannot be returned through D.S. & Durga. Please contact the retailer directly
• The following items are final sale at all times:
       Customizable Sample Sets
       Limited Edition products
       Studio Juices
       Auto Fragrances
       Gift Cards
       Orders shipped to Canada or the UK

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Returned products must arrive to us unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original condition (with cellophane wrap intact, without signs of tampering)
• If a returned item arrives to us used, opened, damaged, tampered with, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to decline the return and ship the product back to the address on file. A $12 dollar restocking fee will apply and cannot be waived

HOW TO START A RETURN:

Visit our return portal. Please ship your return package within 7 days of submitting the return.

Orders shipped to Canada or the UK cannot be returned.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If your order arrives damaged or defective, visit our return portal. From there you will find your order and select the option to "Start a Return". Select the affected items, and when asked for the reason for your return, select the option for damaged or defective. Then follow the steps to finish your request.

If our team confirms that the product arrived damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Please allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

We start processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation or change once an order is placed. If you need to try, email cs@dsanddurga.com straight away with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line and we will do our best. If your order has already entered fulfillment we will not be able to cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives. See our return policy for details.
